By accessing or using Pictova ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
Your Agreement
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service.
User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
Account Security
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.
Credits & Payments
Pictova operates on a credit-based system where 1 credit equals 1 generated image. Credits can be obtained through subscription plans or one-time credit pack purchases.
Subscription Plans
Monthly and annual subscription plans provide recurring credits. Unused credits may roll over up to 50% per billing cycle. Credits expire according to plan terms.
Credit Packs
One-time credit pack purchases never expire. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider Polar.sh.
Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Current subscribers will receive 30 days notice before any price changes take effect.
Generated Content
Images generated using the Service are subject to the usage policies of the underlying AI models. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and generated content comply with applicable laws.

Prohibited Use
- • Illegal content
- • Harmful or abusive imagery
- • Deepfakes or misleading content
- • Violating third-party rights
Intellectual Property
You retain rights to the images you generate through the Service, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers.
Your Content
You own the images you generate. However, by sharing images publicly in our gallery, you grant Pictova a non-exclusive license to display and promote those images.
Pictova Brand
The Pictova name, logo, and branding are our exclusive property and may not be used without written permission.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
Upon Termination
- • Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
- • Unused credits will be forfeited (except where refund policy applies)
- • Access to generated images may be removed after 30 days
- • You may request a data export within 30 days of termination
